Cleveland Browns defensive linemen tore into San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings after their game Sunday afternoon.

Shelby Harris and Jennings had a heated moment when Browns defensive tackle Maliek Collins was carted off the field with an injury. Harris was asked why there was hype with Jennings, and he referenced the dispute between the wide receiver and a Carolina Panthers player last week.

“She’s a whore and I want that to be known,” Harris told reporters via WEWS-TV. “I understand why he got punched in the balls. He said things you should never say to another man. But I don’t respect that because you say things, and then you run behind your o-line. That’s some real sweet shit. And I want that to be known. I see why they punched you in the balls, and I’m surprised no one has punched him in the jaw yet.”

Harris wasn’t the only one who called Jennings.

Browns star Myles Garrett was also taken aback by some of Jennings’ comments on the field.

“I can’t speak to the way he was raised, but if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t tell anybody,” Garrett said via ESPN. “So he had a lot of things to say that were demeaning and derogatory to some of our players. And I was just trying to separate everyone. And I tried to go up and ask what the problem was, and then he started picking on me and, I mean, some guys roll like that.

“I don’t feel like it’s part of the game. But hey, if it works for him and them, then more power to him. But I just try to keep my guys focused on the game and not worry about things outside of it because we’re focused on what’s happening on the field.”

Jennings allegedly made comments about players’ wives and children.

He was involved in an incident with Panthers goaltender Tre’von Moehrig late in last Monday’s game. Jennings appeared to punch Moehrig in the groin before the defensive back threw a punch. Moehrig was fined and suspended for the incident. Jennings was only fined.
