5.4 Quake of KP earthquake, Punjab

Islamabad:

Strong earthquake tremors 5.4 were felt in the federal capital, Punjab, and several regions of Khyber-Pakhtunkh (KP) late Sunday evening, but there was no immediate report of victims or material damage.

According to Express News, the epicenter was located in Afghanistan. KP spokesperson Rescue 1122, Bilal Ahmad Faizi, confirmed that shocks were felt in various districts in the province.

In Punjab, tremors have been reported in the areas of Rawalpindi, Murrity and Adjacent, causing generalized panic. Many residents rushed out of their homes by reciting prayers. Several parts of KP have also experienced tremors, people from Peshawar leaving their house in fear.
