53% of trainees land a job through NAVTTC

ISLAMABAD:

New performance data reveals that more than half of graduates from major national skills development initiatives have found employment, highlighting the growing impact of government-backed technical training programs on youth employability.

According to the results of official monitoring studies compiled by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and available from Wealth Pakistan, 53% of those trained under the Skills for All program in 2023 were employed at the time of the survey.

The study tracked 37,440 graduates who completed training during the period.
