Ballard (Video Prime)

Ready to back down in the troubled belly? In another expansion of the Amazon criminal drama universe BoschOne of the best first-rate video shows received another spin-off (the first being Bosch: inheritance) In Ballard.
This time, holder Renée Ballard, a detective of homicide, is the protagonist. She has the same flu of Harry Bosch, but operates more within the limits of the police procedure – even if the filing of a complaint against the department requires it.
Relegated to a new role at the head of a cold sub-financial case division, Ballard discovers new evidence in long-forgotten crimes that lead to an even more important plot that she did not expect. Maggie Q resumes her role as main investigator and is fascinating in the 10 episodes, which now broadcast on Prime Video. – Amelia Schwanke, senior entertainment editor
Brick (Netflix)

Imagine this: you suddenly see that you are trapped inside your house by a mysterious wall of magnetic bricks blocking all outings. Where does he come from? What does that mean? And above all, how do you get out?
One of the new Netflix films in July Brick has an intriguing premise that recalls Escape The Room that you will recognize in films like the horrible Cube, saw, And The platform. There is everything you expect: the suspense, the survival and a character arc that overcome adversity, but it was criticized by criticism to be quite slapdash.
So, this is by no means one of the best Netflix films, but the German thriller of Netflix tackles an intriguing puzzle that could attract you. – AS

Apple TV + houses a myriad of fantastic science fiction series. And, if you don’t look Foundation – That is to say one of his best gender offers- however, you miss, especially if you are a fan passionate about epic space operas.

Lena Dunham’s new Netflix show is up to the media threw (read my Too much Review to find out more). She remains effortlessly more relevant than ever behind the camera (and in front, with an cheeky appearance in episode 1), but Megan Stalter is a delicious leading woman of this project, who even goes as far as the publication of her own clip `London Bridge ” with Fergie.
Let’s put a straight thing, however: it is not Girls 2.0. There is still a decent amount of daily chaos and drama Too muchBut the transformational trip into Jessica solo (Stalter) is raised by its movement through the pond. It is the world of Jessica and we live there, with an endless list of celebrity cameos which are each better than the last in one of the best Netflix shows that I have seen for some time. – Jasmine Valentine, entertainment writer

What do you get when you cross The bearS’s Ayo Edebiri and the acting pillar John Malkovich within the limits of a rural commune? An absolute manic experience for all known people known Opus. Okay, the criticisms have been mixed, but it would be lazy to compare it to a presentation of the pop culture of Intermediate bank.
Before the ridiculously disadvantaged end of one of the best HBO Max films, it is probably not a surprise to learn that Malkovich is incredibly thrown for our recluse pop icon, with his state of mind and his musical performances leaving us disoriented. No one is no longer confused that Edebiri’s writer, Ariel, and it is her naive meaning of the intrépidity which continues to raise the issues. It is also worth keeping an eye on who is in the background – Lil Nas X and Lenny Kravitz are among those who have unwanted roles as a super fans in this film A24 which is now released on HBO Max. – Jv
Dexter: Resurrection (Paramount +)

I never had the media threw Dexter When it was broadcast for the first time, but I can appreciate it, it was popular enough to become a full -fledged franchise.
Its longevity will not be questioned anytime soon, with the release of Dexter: Resurrection On Paramount +. The rest of Dexter: New bloodalias The first series of the original series, we find with the anti -hero of Michael C. Hall – Spoilers – survived an almost fatal shooting in New blood. You may not consider the privileged video as a series of True Bingable True Crime, but One night in Idaho: the college murder is not one to be missed.
In November 2022, four students from the Idaho University were fatally stabbed in a residence outside campus, the suspect Bryan Christopher Kohberger sentenced to four consecutive sentences earlier this month.
Rather than being sensationalist, this documentary is a tender examination of who were the four students, and shows how their families and friends treated or continue to manage their sorrow. – Jv
