The last weekend of March 2026 is here – and, with it, Daylight Saving Time starts again in the UK, meaning those of us on British shores are losing that extra hour in bed. Boo and hiss.
So I’ll console myself with the latest batch of new movies and TV shows to be offered on the world’s best streaming services. As always, we tried to satisfy as many fans of the genre as possible, so there should be something interesting for you in this week’s roundup. Daredevil: Born Again season 2 (Disney+)
The Man Without Fear is back. That’s right, Daredevil is returning to Disney+ for the next installment of his Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) TV show, i.e. Daredevil: Born Again season 2.

Taking place six months after its predecessor’s finale, it reunites us with Matt Murdock and his vigilante alter ego as he attempts to end New York Mayor Wilson Fisk’s reign of terror. With as much hyperviolence and melodrama as Season 1 and this series’ Netflix forerunner, it’s also a slight improvement over last season. Born again Season 2 Episode 1 is now available on Disney+, and there will be two new episodes of the Marvel TV show for you to enjoy next week before returning to a weekly release schedule. Oh, and before you stream it, find out everything we know about Daredevil: Born Again season 2. — TP

With a title like that, how can you not be intrigued by Netflix’s new horror series? Stranger Things The creators, the Duffer Brothers, are also producers, so if you’re a fan of any of these TV series, you’ll want to check it out.
Wedding nerves are common, but Something very bad is going to happen takes it to the next level. In this film, we follow couple Rachel and Nicky during the week leading up to their wedding but, as you’ve probably guessed, something bad derails the festivities.

Riz Ahmed leads Prime Video casting Baitwhich follows Shah, a London actor who experiences an existential crisis while auditioning for the role of James Bond.
Facing public backlash over his possible casting for the next 007 and numerous difficult family relationships, Shah has a lot on his plate. Billed as a genre-bending comedy, each of the series’ episodes is 30 minutes each, so you can easily devour it. Bait in a single session. — kg
For All Mankind season 5 (Apple TV)

East For all humanity the most daring sci-fi drama of the last decade? Maybe. And, with Season 5 of Apple TV’s hit series covering the growing tension between the Mars colony and Earth threatening open rebellion, its latest installment could be its most explosive yet.

Detective’s Hole by Jo Nesbo (Netflix)

Netflix Doesn’t Normally Make Its Thrillers Incredibly Horrible, But That Used To Be The Detective Hole by Jo Nesbohas arrived. From destroying prosthetic penises to killing a woman in a waterbed, this is not a binge for the faint of heart.
All nine episodes are an absolute rollercoaster, and one of the final scenes in episode 10 made my stomach turn. On top of that, you’ll definitely never guess what’s coming next. If Nesbo isn’t the next Harlan Coben (i.e. one whose every story is adapted for a bingeable streaming collection), I’ll eat my hat. — Joint venture
Primate (Paramount+)

Johannes Roberts’ latest horror film, currently available on Paramount+ in the US, follows an adopted chimpanzee who contracts rabies and becomes violent, turning a Hawaiian getaway into a nightmare for everyone around him.
Those familiar with Roberts’ brand of natural horror, including shark films like 47 meters lowerwill probably have a good time with this. He’s a master at scaring many animals from us, so Primate is a great choice for horror fans this weekend. — kg
Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special (Disney+)

I guarantee that by the time you finish reading this, you will have interpreted “The Best of Both Worlds” entirely in your head. It’s truly amazing how well Miley Cyrus suits the Hannah Montana take care of ourselves after 20 years, even though so much has changed in the meantime.
Honestly, the anniversary special is everything I wanted. We revisit the show, reunite most of the cast, and even see Miley and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus together for the first time in what seems like forever. Of course, there’s also quite a concert, so grab your rhinestone jeans and feather boas ASAP. — Joint venture
