Roku is one of the main free streaming services in the United States thanks to its range of fast streaming television channels (free streaming streaming), and now the platform is preparing to deploy a similar free upgrade to British users.
In October, Roku users in the United Kingdom will have access to 40 new fast channels offering viewers a wide range of free streaming content. These new fast channels will be available on new and existing ROKU devices, and they do not come free of charge or additional costs – which is the best part.
Roku’s fast channels offer 24/7 visualization and are classified into different themes and genres. In addition to providing viewers with a constant flow of free content, Roku also considers this as an opportunity for advertisers to reach out to the right audience with personalized advertisements.
As mentioned, the range of free British channels will present titles grouped by gender, including entertainment, real crime, lifestyle, documentaries, etc. Some of the new channels will include unresolved mysteries for crime, Naturetime for Wildlife, and this old house for the house and the garden – to which you can access via the Roku channel and the new live television area.
When Roku deploys its fast channels, it will mark the first large free upgrade for British users after its successful reception in the United States, Canada and South America.
