- Adobe launches six new AI agents on customer support, product and data
- Companies will be able to “soon” personalize their own agents too
- Most customers are already interacting with AI chatbots
Adobe has rendered its AI agent technology generally available in order to help workers create, deliver and optimize customer experiences and marketing campaigns.
The agency platform promises contextual actions and in several stages, the refinement of the response and workflows focused on the king thanks to its foundations of orchestrator AEP Agent, which means that companies can adapt AI to their own unique objectives.
Adobe is expecting technology to be a huge success, with more than 70% of AEP customers who already use the AI AS Assistant conversational interface – an additional automation layer will only increase the output.
Adobe AI agents hit the market
As of the launch, the technology giant organized a series of AI ready to use agents in its applications, in particular: audience agent (personalization initiatives for public optimization); Journey Agent (design and optimization of multichannel customer journeys); Experimental agent (analyze experiences and predict conversions); Data Insights Agent (for the forecasting and visualization of information); Site optimization agent (to monitor websites, indicator performance problems and help fixes); and product support agent (to rationalize customer support).
Companies that need more than agency AI can move forward and configure their own brand directives and policies via the composer of an experienced platform agent, to come “soon”.
The news comes after Adobe announced for the first time its orchestrateor experience platform agent at its annual summit even in March 2025, positioning has a center to connect data, workflow and third-party artificial intelligence ecosystems.
“Our agental IA innovations increase the orchestration of the customer experience as a processes reinventor, by unlocking productivity for marketing teams and by offering personalized large-scale experiences to stimulate growth,” said the vice-president of the Cloud Engineering Adobe, Anjul Bhambhri.
Adobe also promises to work with Cognizant, Google Cloud, Havas, Medallia, Omnicom, PwC and VML to make its agents ai more powerful on several platforms.
