NFL players and coaches are not the only ones to leave everything on the field on Sunday.
The host of “NFL Redzone” Scott Hanson gives everything for the seven at eight o’clock that the beloved show could work. The 54-year-old host does not eat, or do not take bathroom breaks throughout the afternoon.
In a recent interview with PK Press Club Digital, the longtime host launched an overview of his Gameday preparation.

“NFL Redzone” is filmed from Los Angeles studios, so the kick -off for him is at 10:00 PT. But his days start a few hours earlier.
“My Sunday is starting at 4 am, 4:30 am, that’s when the alarm rings or not, I don’t even need alarm clock. I’m so cable to get up on a NFL Sunday, my body wakes me up before the alarm becomes to buzz,” Hanson told PK Press Club Digital. “I take a shower. I don’t drink coffee. People are extremely shocked by that, because of all the energy I suppose I present. Not a coffee drinker. I head for the studio, then I am in the studio about five hours before the showtime.”
Hanson’s breakfast in the studio is the same every week, made to help it keep water throughout the show.
“Network heads make me the same dense protein, salted breakfast, so that I can keep the water so as not to have to use the installations.”
Hanson cuts all food and liquids about three and a half hours before the showtime.

About two hours before the start of opening, Hanson goes to a production meeting to make final preparations.
“We have a production meeting about two hours before Showtime. I review all the notes I have with all the crew. So we are all on the same wavelength with scenarios, facts, figures, milestones to look for, so that we know, hey, we expect it to happen in this game or it could happen in this game.
With an hour before the start of the show, he will put his costume and make up, then repeat the beginner part of the show.
“We make a little rehearsal, believe it or not. It is an Ad-Libbed show, of course,” said Hanson. “But we repeat. The first two minutes of the show are the only part that is scripted. I generally write.”
“What I would like to say to bring the public, to increase energy and passion, and to welcome everyone in football in a new episode of” NFL Redzone “. We will repeat this around 9:30 am”
Hanson’s latest bathroom break occurs while the clock counts for Showtime.

“Five minutes before the showtime, when most of you are looking at the clock of the countdown on ‘NFL Redzone’ ‘, I am in the men’s room using the installations for the last time, because we do not stop, and I have not taken a break in more than a decade, and I do not intend to do it,” said Hanson.
“So, you look at the clock stick. I’m finishing. I’m coming back to the studio at 10 a.m., at 1 p.m., the east. We are launching the Laser Show, then it’s Rock and Roll for the touch of 40, 50, 60 in an afternoon.”
Hanson recently teamed up with Lowe’s for his campaign “Win your Sunday”.
For millions of NFL fans, Sundays concern football, family and tradition. With “Win your Sunday”, Lowe’s encourages fans to bring the same dedication and the same preparation as they have for their teams in their homes. Hanson said Lowe’s had everything you need to carry out your home project during the week so that fans can take advantage of their football Sunday.
“Lowe’s participated in a big campaign this year, called” win your Sunday “. And the concept is this, we all have projects that we have to do in the house, in the house, in the courtyard.

“I think this campaign this year will really resonate with fans because none of us wants to sit on the sofa all day on Sunday and feel guilty. We want to know:” Ah, did the projects. “You go to Lowe, you get the things you need to do the projects in your home.
The Eagles of Philadelphia, the bearer of Ballon Saquon Barkley, the wide receiver of the Vikings of Minnesota, Justin Jefferson, the Ballon de San Francisco 49ers, Christian McCaffrey and the quarter of the Cowboys of Dallas, Dak Prescott, are all among the stars of the NFL which support the campaign of LOWE.
“It’s going to be very fun this season,” said Hanson.
