- Vodafonethre will use Ericsson and Nokia Tech to upgrade her networks

Vodafonethree has announced an agreement of several billion pounds with Ericsson and Nokia to extend and improve its British networks.
The collaboration, which occurs weeks after the official completion of its mega-mega-fusion, marks one of the largest versions of infrastructure funded by Europe and will cover more than 17,000 sites across the United Kingdom.
This will include more than 10,000 sites benefiting from Ericsson’s RAN and Core Network solutions, and more than 7,000 additional sites obtaining Nokia RAN equipment.

The company said that 4G speeds had already been increased up to 40% for the seven million customers and Smarty using its networks, and only three months of merger, customers are already able to automatically use the other network and walk without additional costs.
For the future, Vodafonethree plans to tackle 16,500 square kilometers of non-points across the United Kingdom. At the end of the first year after the merger, almost three out of four customers should have access to the fastest 5G speeds in the company, extending to 90% by the third year and 99.95% by 2034.
Network expansion plans should also provide economic advantages, the British economy should be stimulated up to 102 billion sterling books between 2025 and 2035 thanks to better access to infrastructure for energy, financial, manufacturing and technology companies.
To help expansion, Vodafonethree has scored four other partners to support the construction of sites nationwide: Beacon, Circet Wireless, M Group and Whp Telecoms.
Vodafonethree also plans to generate up to 13,000 jobs as part of its expansion, throughout engineering, construction and maintenance on the eight -year roadmap.
