The photo of Britney Spears during her drunk driving arrest will not be released to the public, officials confirmed, with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office saying the booking photo did not meet mandatory requirements for release.
A ministry official said TMZ As of Tuesday, the office only releases photos for violent crimes or when a suspect is considered a public threat, which does not apply in Spears’ case.
The 44-year-old woman was arrested on the night of March 4 after California Highway Patrol officers stopped her on a Ventura County highway, where she was driving her BMW erratically at a high speed.
She was arrested at 3:02 a.m. and released about three hours later. His arraignment is scheduled for May 4. The results of the chemical tests have not yet been released.
His manager, Cade Hudson, has since spoken out, calling the arrest “unfortunate” and “completely inexcusable.”
“Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and I hope this can be the first step in a long overdue change that needs to happen in Britney’s life,” he said, adding: “I hope she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.”

On a more positive note, TMZ reported that after her release, she had a “positive” and “hopeful” conversation with her mother Lynne and her sons Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.
However, sources say she remains “nervous” about her father Jamie re-entering her life following the incident.
