- Microsoft launches two new AI agents for sales
- The sales agent and the sales cat offer more information and productivity
- The new Microsoft AI accelerator for sales provides access and help with a larger co -pilot
Microsoft has unveiled a multitude of new AI agents aimed at supporting sellers in their quest to continue prospects and conclude offers like never before.
The company has announced two new agents and a new accelerator program, all aimed at helping sales as the increase in AI agents continues.
“Our ambition is to empower each employee with a co -pilot and transform each commercial process with agents,” noted Jared Spataro, director of marketing, AI At Work. “Today, we are announcing two new agents that apply this ambition to sales – the income engine for each company – and can be used in the workflow.”
Microsoft Sales AI Agents
The first is the sales agent, which, according to Microsoft, can help “transform contacts into qualified prospects”, automatizing the process of prospect development and manufacturing customer awareness.
The agent can work independently all day (and at night) looking for prospects, to configure meetings and even to reach out to customers using the configuration of the existing CRM of a company alongside the company data (such as price sheets), as well as Microsoft 365 data such as emails and meeting notes to ensure that each message is exact. Microsoft says that for some low impact prospects, it can even finish a sale.
Likewise, the new commercial chat seeks to make sales faster, which gives employees access to customer information much faster and easier.
Using invites in natural language, the agent offers take -out sales sales from CRM data, terraces, meetings, emails and web, so that they can spend less time looking for and more time to sell
The two agents can be refined to the particular needs of each organization and will be accessible in the Copilot and the Chat Chat Microsoft 365, as well as the connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, which means that sellers can get offers without the need to open their CRM.
Finally, Microsoft AI Accelerator for Sales, available from April 1, 2025, gives members access to the latest company AI products and services, in parallel with access to Microsoft AI experts to help customers migrate from inherited CRM systems and aid with the adoption of sellers, as well as “premium support” and the end of the agents for unique business needs.
