The Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), lieutenant-general Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, presented “irrefutable” evidence of terrorism sponsored by the Indians in Pakistan.

At a press conference in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, he said that Indian army officers orchestrate cross -border terrorism in Pakistan and provide explosives to target civilians and security forces.

He also declared that India had not provided “an outburst of evidence” to support his allegations against Pakistan concerning the recent attack by Pahalgam. “Seven days have passed since Pahalgam’s incident, and so far, India has not presented any evidence for its baseless allegations,” added Chaudhry.

He revealed that India operated a terrorist network inside Pakistan, providing improvised explosive devices (IED), explosives and militant funds. “This irrefutable proof is only a small part of terrorism sponsored by the state of India,” said CEO Ispr.

The CEO ISPR detailed the arrest of a Pakistani citizen who would have been trained and sponsored by India. He said the suspect was apprehended near Jhelum’s bus position on April 25 and found in possession of an IED, two mobile phones and 70,000 rupees.

Subsequent searches have recovered a drone of Indian origin and 1 million rupees in cash from the suspect’s residence. “The medico-legal analysis of the recovered materials has confirmed irrefutable evidence, verifiable by any credible independent agency,” said Chaudhry.

The head of the ISPR identified the manager as submarine Sukhwinder, a junior commission officer of the Indian army. He alleged that the other members of the Indian army staff concerned Major Sandeep Verma, the Subedar Sukvinder, Havildar Amit and another soldier. “These people are directly involved in the sponsorship of terrorism in Pakistan,” he said.

He added that the Indian managers directed terrorists to deliberately provoke civilian victims in Pakistan and attacks on stage designed to portray the country as an international terrorism hub. He also revealed that managers had sent detailed videos to explain how to make explosive devices.

The CEO ISPR said that Major Sandeep, an Indian army officer, admitted to having orchestrated terrorist activities extending from Balutchistan to Lahore.

He mentioned that on November 22, Subedar Sukhwinder would have asked Abdul Majeed to recover an IED and a damaged drone near the head of Marala.

A few days later, on November 30, Majeed would have planted an IED on a military vehicle in Jalalpur Jattan, leading to the martyrdom of four staff members. For having completed the task, he would have been paid Rs656,000.

He then shared this on March 18, Subedar Sukhwinder provided contact details for another IED near Kotli. The next day, schoolchildren discovered a suspicious bag, and the army staff then recovered a bomb from the region.

After the recovery, Indian media falsely said that five bombs had been found in the Indian Jammu and Kashmir (iiojk), which the CEO ISPR rejected as a “flagrant propaganda”.

On April 22, 2025, Sukhwinder would have placed another IED near Nadalah. The next day, Abdul Majeed was invited to explode the aircraft at a local bus stand, the military spokesperson added.

The CEO ISPR has reiterated that evidence stressed the active role of India in the supply of explosives to terrorists operating inside the borders of Pakistan. He called on the international community to take note of the actions of India.
