In the midst of the current tensions between the nuclear arc rivals on the deadly Pahalgam attack, the Pakistani security forces gave a solid response to the violation of the unlikely ceasefire along the control line (LOC), military sources said on Wednesday.

The Pakistani security forces destroyed an Indian checkpoint after an end -of -evening assault on April 29 to 30.

According to security officials, Indian troops have violated the ceasefire agreement by using light weapons fire not caused in the Kiani and Mandal sectors. The Pakistani army retaliated with precision, neutralizing the threat and silencing the Indian forces.

Security sources have indicated that Pakistan’s reprisal strikes had actually destroyed several enemy bunkers, including the Chakputra Post in Jammu-et-Cachemire occupied in Indian (IIOJK).

The rapid and measured action has demonstrated the operational preparation of Pakistan in the face of the attack.

Earlier, India evacuated the border areas of the IIOJK in the middle of increasing tensions while maintaining its oppressive repression against the Muslims of the cashmere. Sources of security have warned that such provocative actions reveal the destabilizing posture of the New Delhi War.

The Pakistani army remains fully ready to defend the sovereignty and integrity of the country at any time, according to security sources

The two nuclear weapons neighbors have experienced a period of increased tensions since the April 22 attack against tourists in the picturesque seaside resort at IIOJK, in which at least 26 people were killed.

New Delhi has linked Islamabad to the attack without offering any evidence and took a burst of punitive measures to demarcate the links, in particular by suspending the Water Treaty of the Indus, revoking the visas of the Pakistanis and closing the border passage of Wagah-Attari among others.

Islamabad, in response, ordered the expulsion of Indian diplomats and military advisers, canceling visas for Indian nationals, with the exception of Sikhs pilgrims and closing the main border crossing on its side.

Pakistan also denies its involvement in the attack and has proposed to participate in a credible and transparent investigation.
