- We have new details on the Sony Xperia 1 VII
- Upgrades of cameras and screen are promised
- The phone should be launched on Tuesday May 13
We expect a whole new flagship phone from Sony in the very close future, and a new leak has revealed a lot on the next handset – including the design of the device, the colors in which it will be available and some of the features it will offer.
All this comes from the big titles of Android, where you will find a multitude of images of the Sony Xperia 1 VII, as well as from some of its marketing equipment. We can see the standard Xperia design language in evidence here, including a flat screen and square corners.
The three colors in which the phone will come are apparently black, green and purple, and there are many photos of each shade. We can also see a camera with three goals at the rear, corresponding to the Sony Xperia 1 VI released in May 2024.
Only a few days ago, we learned that this phone would be unveiled on May 13 and “Powered by Alpha” – The name of Sony digital cameras technology. It is clear that photography capacities will be a big goal for the smartphone.
Battery and screen
In our review Sony Xperia 1 VI, we praised the main specifications of the handset, solid photo and video performance and battery life. However, we had concerns about the sustainability of design and load speeds.
For follow -up, the materials disclosed by Android titles suggest that we will get a new Zeiss coating on the screen to fight against reflections, while there will be a 5,000 mAh battery inside (the same thing as on the Xperia 1 VI) which apparently offers a life of the two -day battery life.
Locking and focus macro-photography features are highlighted, as well as full-stage stereo speakers, while the screen is apparently using the same Bravia technology that Sony deploys in its televisions.
Tuesday to come, everything will be formalized, and of course, we will bring you all the details of the Sony Xperia 1 VII as they are announced. From what we have heard so far, it seems ready to jump directly at the top of our list of the best Sony phones.
