We are told that the MacBook should be evaluated between $ 599 and $ 699 in the United States, and some components will be manufactured in the third quarter of this year – potentially more or less immediately – before the notebooks gathered in late 2025.
This is before a launch of rumor at (start) 2026, although this new report even mentions the possibility of a commercial launch at the end of 2025 – but that does not seem likely (unless it refers to an initial revelation, perhaps).
As we have already said, one of the main ways in which Apple will keep the price of this alleged MacBook is to use an iPhone chip as a processor. Digitimes reminds us that the processor will be supposed to be the A18 Pro, and the laptop will be a compact affair, smaller than the MacBook Air, in fact, with a 12.9 -inch screen.
