In the Afghan refugee camp n ° 16 in the city of Haripur, a horrible incident occurred in which five men would have raped a 21 -year -old woman, police announced on Saturday.
A first information report (FIR) was registered and the police launched an investigation. According to the FIR, the victim was on the way to camp n ° 16 to work when five men force him in force in neighboring fields and raped her for two hours.
The FIR also said that the authors had also snatched RS3,000 from cash and a victim’s gold nose pin. She identified suspects like Bacha, Nadi, Rozi Khan, Javed and Naseer. The complaint added that when she tried to resist, the men physically assaulted her, leaving her injured.
Khalabat police have reserved the five suspects under article 375a of the Pakistani penal code, which declares: “When rape is committed by two or more people in the continuation of the common intention of all, each of these people will be punished with death or imprisonment for life.”
The incident aroused indignation among local residents, while the victim’s family demanded exemplary sanctions for the culprits.
