Achakzai announces to leave the na committees

Islamabad:

Friday, the chief of the PKMAP, Mahmood Achakzai, announced his resignation from the whole committee of the National Assembly which included the members of the Treasury and advised the main opposition party, PTI to do the same.

Addressing the media of the Parliament, Achakzai said that he would no longer be seated with government members in these committees. “I resign from all the committees that include members of the government,” he said. “I also ask the PTI to leave these government committees too.”

Achakzai suggested that the PTI should hold a separate parliamentary session outside the room and raise public problems. “The speaker will be Asad Qaiser. The members of the opposition are more than 100, they should tell the public that it is their real representative party.”

Achakzai repeated his previous declaration according to which it was a “false parliament, because the mandate of the PTI was stolen” during the general elections last year. Answering a question, he said there was no previous example that a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) had visited the courts.

Speaking on the occasion, the president of the PTI, the lawyer Gohar Ali Khan, said that the performance of the National Assembly was disappointing, despite the efforts of the opposition to continue the procedure. He condemned the denial of the soil to the PTI to the lower room of the Parliament.

“We have tried to find a political solution to political questions in the production committee and the negotiation committee. Today in the National Assembly, we have not obtained an order point, which we condemn,” said The president of the PTI.

In addition, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, the head of the Sunni Council of Ittehad (sic) said that the opposition had come to the assembly fully ready to discuss all the questions, but they did not have the opportunity . He challenged the government, said that if they wanted a confrontation with the opposition, that would get one.
