Jason Momoa had nothing but praise for his girlfriend Adria Arjona as the couple stepped out for a major career moment together.
The actor was visibly proud to have Arjona by his side at the New York premiere of his new action comedy. The demolition teamwhere the two shared affectionate moments on the red carpet, including hugging each other and sealing the night with a kiss.
Talk to PEOPLE during the Thursday, January 15 premiere, Momoa made it clear how much Arjona’s presence meant to him.
“I mean, she’s the love of my life. I’m very excited,” he said when asked about his support.
He also highlighted how their lives currently align, adding: “I’m glad we’re [aligned] in our schedules. We are both here. She’s going to make a film. I’m going to make a movie, so it’s perfect that we’re here together.
The comments offer a rare but candid insight into the couple’s relationship, which they tend to keep relatively private.
Momoa, 46, and Arjona, 33, first crossed paths while working together on the 2021 film Sweet girl.
Although they haven’t shared publicly when their romance officially began, Momoa confirmed he was in a new relationship in May 2024, a few months after finalizing his divorce from Lisa Bonet in January of that year.
Since then, the two have made several public appearances together throughout 2025, gradually stepping into the spotlight as a couple.
Their red carpet debut took place earlier this year at SNL50: The reunion concertfollowed by their appearance at Saturday Night Live 50th Anniversary Special.
Momoa also showed his support for Arjona in May when he accompanied her to the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of her comedy Splitsville.
Most recently, the two were photographed enjoying a low-key night out in Agoura Hills, California, and they frequently interact on social media, including Momoa leaving three heart emojis on Arjona’s January 13 Instagram post. W Magazine to pull.
