Tomorrow (September 28) is the national coffee day, and to celebrate, Aeropress has just launched two new versions of his portable coffee maker. The new white and premium premium editions are now available from Williams Sonoma and directly from Aeropress.
Although I spend hours every week to test the best coffee makers of major brands like De’Longhi and Breville, filled with features such as automatic pre -combination, rapid cold brewing and professional quality grinders, the classic aeropress is always one of my essential options when I want to prepare a hurry cup. It is also one of my favorite camping coffee makers because it is so light and fast.
If you do not know it, the aeropress is a handbager who uses air pressure for extraction. Simply add a small filter paper and your coffee plot, pour hot water, then push the piston once it is infused to your liking.
Depending on the coffee report in water, you can create a drink similar to the French press or the espresso, or use cold water to make coffee in the cold for frozen drinks and cocktails (just make sure you move it brightly before diving for the best flavor).
Delicious coffee for less
The premium areopress is a more elegant version of the original, made of glass, stainless steel and aluminum rather than plastic. It is without BPA and has a capacity of 10pz (enough to make one or two cups, depending on the coffee style you choose).
There is no need to worry about ruptures or heat – the body of the coffee maker is made from borosilicate double -walled glass for strength and insulation, keeping your coffee hot and your hands in the fridge.
