Air charter approved for Iran, pilgrims in Iraq

Karachi:

Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has approved an important decision to facilitate plane trips for pilgrims heading for Iran and Iraq, inviting the Air Charter operators approved to launch charter services on these routes.

The federal government had previously suspended travel on the road between Pakistan and Iran to ensure the security of pilgrims. In light of this, the authorities have decided to provide special air connectivity to pilgrims going to Iran and Iraq.

The CAA has officially invited all air operators holding valid air charter licenses to launch services between Pakistan and the two countries.
