AJ Lee made his long -awaited return to WWE on Friday evening.
Lee appeared on “Friday Night Smackdown” to provide a backup to her real husband, CM Punk, while her quarrel with Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch exploded in the last week.

Lynch cost the world heavyweight world championship in Clash in Paris last weekend, then reprimanded it in a segment on “Monday Night Raw” earlier this week. Punk teased that he had something in his round in the Friday show.
Punk and Lynch addressed in the ring.
“Becky is exactly the situation I wanted to avoid,” he said, “because you know and I know and everyone knows, I will never put my hands on a lady. Fortunately, I have someone who will.”
Punk turned and the success of Lee’s entry music. Chicago fans were thrown into a frenzy. Lynch was amazed when Lee was heading for the ring.

Lee didn’t have much to say. She let her hands make most of the discussions. She and Lynch rose to the ring before the female intercontinental champion rushes with the help of her real husband, Seth Rollins.
Lee has not been seen in WWE since she retired in April 2015. It was more than a year after Punk left the company. Lee was involved in Women of Wrestling, a promotion supported by Jeanie Buss, but did not return to action in the ring.

So, more than 10 years later, she is back and is part of one of the largest WWE in progress.
