Alex Bregman may not be available to play for the Boston Red Sox at the moment, but that has not prevented him from trying to inspire an offensive rally on Friday evening.
It was with his mustache, not his bat.
Baseball players are among the most superstitious athletes in the world, and Bregman showed that during a match against New York Yankees on the road.

Boston’s starters have a combined MPM of 4.53 in 65 games this season, and the team has an MPM of 4.06 in total, 21st in the league. Starter Ace Garrett Crochet was announced with an MPM of 1.98 and 101 withdrawals in the stick entering his departure against New York on Saturday evening in the Bronx.
