The star of Indiana Fever, Aliyah Boston, was amazed on Saturday when she learned that she had a technical fault during the Tiff of Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese in the third quarter.

Clark was struck with a blatant fault after committing a fault on the Chicago sky before the second year striker gets up for a shot. Reese fell to the ground but got up and set in front of Clark. Boston tried to come between the two players.

The referees determined that Clark’s fault had crossed the line of a natural basketball because she had used her left hand to push Reese to the ground. The referees also gave Boston a technical fault.

“I have technology? Oh, no!” She said at the post-match press conference.

Boston continued to be shocked while Clark explained the fault on Reese.

“Let’s not do something that is not,” said Clark. “It was just a good game on basketball. I don’t know what the referee saw to upgrade it, and it is their discretion. It is a fault to put them on the line of free throws. I looked a lot of basketball in my life, that’s exactly what it was. I was not trying to do anything malicious. It is not the type of player I am.”
