“I maintain that I did not act inappropriately at any time before, during or after a professional body treatment session, and I was never said that I have not been welcome to a massage therapy supplier. These statements are simply not true.”
These are the words of the Baltimore Ravens Justin Tucker Ravens in an exclusive declaration in Outkick, his first public comments to the media since the first accusations.
Since January, a total of 16 massage therapists have accused Tucker of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior during the sessions from 2012 to 2016 in eight spas in Baltimore and its surroundings. Initially, six accusers were included in a report on the publication of the Baltimore region The Banner on January 30.
NFL investigators were in Baltimore last week to speak to some of the accusers, reports ESPN. The Ravens could not be joined to comment on this story, but earlier this week at the NFL combines in Indianapolis, the managing director Eric Decosta described the allegations as “serious and worrying”.

Tucker and his legal advisor, led by Joe Terry of the practice group of the first Williams & Connolly amendment, deny all the allegations and say they are determined to erase the name of Tucker.

“In the past four weeks, I have spent countless hours replaying all the interactions I have had with work professionals in the past thirteen years,” Tucker told Outkick. “I can assure anyone who reads this that I never intended to lack respect for anyone, to cross a border or feel uncomfortable in any way.”
“I devastate me to know that anyone with whom I worked would not have felt respected and appreciated as a professional, but especially as a person, and for anyone who felt the opposite, I am sorry,” said Tucker in his declaration, whose full text can be found below. “I want you to know that I am committed to make sure that all those with whom I interact continue to feel that I respect them and that I care about them as a human being.”
Tucker said that he started outside the massage therapy in 2012 during his season recruited in Baltimore. He said at the time that the Ravens had not provided the services. After years of visiting local spas for its treatments, Tucker says that he signed up for the internal RPMotion Therapy massage therapy, LLC, in the summer of 2016 after buying a house in the suburbs of Baltimore. He and his wife, Amanda, had previously lived in the city in a condo in Ritz -Carlton Residences – where a therapist recently accused him of “exposing himself” during a massage session in 2013.
“G. gave Tucker two massages at Ritz-Carlton in 2013 and said that he had exhibited several times and that she used an intense massage technique in the hope of stopping it.” It was like a game “for him, she said, adding that he exposed himself more than I could count.” She finished the first massage early, she said. After the second massage, he left what she thought she was ejaculating. “It was not sweat. You could say what it was ”, she said, “reports the Baltimore Banner.
In response, Tucker’s lawyer refers to two declarations under oath of the previous owners of the Ritz-Carlton SPA, contesting the charges withdrawn, which Outkick obtained.

“A pleasure to work with you”
His lawyer also cited the meticulous tax documents of Tucker that the botter held from each massage session he assisted, which, according to them, show him the various fairs in question after his alleged misconduct. Outkick did not show these documents.
In a specific case, Tucker’s lawyer said the botter appeared for 14 different sessions at the HQ show in downtown Baltimore after alleged bad behavior. His legal team provided an e-mail statement of one of the accusers telling him that it was “a pleasure to work with you” when he canceled his members on January 5, 2016.
Through a lawyer, the owner of QG, Craig Martin, told the banner that he was not aware of any complaint against Tucker.
Tucker and his lawyer also refuse allegations of the Salon owners at Studio 921, now closed and Ojas, that he was prohibited from his alleged behavior. According to the Baltimore banner, the owner of Apothecary was the only other owner of SPA of the eight to confirm hearing a specific allegation cited against Tucker.
According to his lawyer, Tucker attended the Ojas seven times in 2014 and the studio 921 18 times from 2013 to 2015. Tucker was accused by a therapist of Studio 921, according to La Bannier, by “[being] Erect during most of the massage session and regularly sought to exhibit its genitals. “”
The banner reported that it had been prohibited from the establishment, but Tucker’s lawyers stressed that Studio 921, which closed in 2023, published a promotional photo of Tucker on the Advisor website a year after being prohibited. The message remained on the site throughout the life of the business, as we can see here.
Perry told Outkick that Tucker’s wife, Amanda, had recommended several of the salons to her spouse when they provided couples. Amanda called all the allegations against her husband “False” in an exclusive declaration in Outkick:

Since I started working as a professional athlete, I have come to recognize the importance of receiving a coherent professional body. By investing my time and my resources in the restorative body – with approved therapists in respected business places and at my home – at the time when I was most active as a football player, I experienced considerable advantages of health and sports performances. Physiotherapy and massage therapy are a large part of the reasons why I was constantly healthy and available during the football season. In fact, my wife and I continue to count so many of these professionals like our friends. I absolutely respect the massage therapy profession and even more the individuals who work as a massage therapists.
