Ally Lewber has confirmed her split from James Kennedy following his recent arrest for domestic violence.
The 28-year-old shared the news via Instagram Stories on Thursday, just hours after it was revealed that Kennedy would not face charges related to the Dec. 11 incident.
In her emotional statement, Lewber wrote: “Thank you for all your support and kindness. I am glad that prosecutors have decided not to file charges against James because I never wanted criminal charges. We have had a argument outside his home about him drinking again; however, I was not physically harmed.”
Furthermore, the Vanderpump Rules The star expressed disappointment in how the incident was portrayed publicly, but stressed her continued support for Kennedy.
In this regard, she concluded: “We are no longer together, but I will always support James and wish him the best in his sobriety and recovery.”

While officers noted no visible injuries on the alleged victim, Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released after posting $20,000 bail.
Following the arrest, speculation swirled about the couple’s relationship status. While Kennedy reportedly described their situation as “a break,” sources close to both men believe the relationship is over, according to the publication.
Additionally, Lewber and Kennedy started dating in 2022 after her engagement to Vanderpump Rules co-star Rachel Leviss finished.
