Alvi authorized to withdraw to RS1M

Karachi:

A constitutional bench of the High Court of the Sindh (SHC) allowed the former president of Dr. Arif Alvi to withdraw to 1 million rupees of his frozen bank accounts.

A bench of two SHC members, led by judge KK Agha, heard a petition contesting the freeze of the former president’s bank accounts.

During the hearing, an investigator from Islamabad and the director of the National Cyber ​​Crime Agency Waqar Ahmed appeared in court. Ahmed asked the court to grant more time to submit the answer.
