- However, a source of a large retailer claims that AMD pushes much more supply, by a factor from 2x to 4x
- The RTX 5090 is notable in the fact of not being mentioned, despite the recent rumors according to which the flagship GPU of Blackwell had for a peak of supply
NVIDIA RTX 5000 GPUs see at least some stocks pass, but the quantity is easily exceeded by the supply of AMD of RX 9070 graphics cards, we mean via the vine.
This is Dead, the law of Moore, which has a new YouTube video which discusses, among other subjects, the supply levels of these new GPUs.
The source to which YouTuber spoke comes from a large online retailer, claiming that the point of sale has obtained a stock of RTX 5080, as well as RTX 5070 TI and RTX 5070 GPU in last week – so it is a glow of something positive for the situation with the inventory of Nvidia, with a certain regular reduction now.
However, AMD apparently sent a quantity of DNA 4 graphics cards, which is at least double the quantity of blackwell gpu weekly deliveries combined (in total) – and up to four times more in some cases (week per week).
Obviously, take this with great caution, but it seems that Team Red maintains a coherent and important advance on Nvidia in the GPU replenishment race.

At least, there are more replenishment activities in progress with Nvidia now, at least it seems, but if AMD is really quadruple, the quantity of Green original team can bring together in a few weeks – with RX 9070 models arriving in four quantities compared to the total of the RTX 5080 expeditions, RTX 5070 TI and RTX 5070 –
Obviously, it is only chatter of a single retailer, which is a very limited view of the global image. But what we have seen recently more broadly is that the GPUs of RDNA 4 of AMD come back from time to time in stock (we monitor this closely), while the Blackwell models of Nvidia always seem finely thin on the shelves. So it would not be surprising that AMD experiences much more GPU – something that Team Red has already promised that it would do, I could add. (A large British retailer also supports it, as Overclockers says about RX 9070 XT in replenishment that “large shipments are expected in the next 1-2 weeks”, which seems promising).
Of course, while the RX 9070 models seem to arrive in more or less daily replenishments, these graphics cards also disappear very quickly, and the AMD supply still does not meet the demands of the players. But then, there seems to be a lot of request for DNA 4, which is hardly surprising given all the negativity around Nvidia in recent times, and the glowing magazines that the RX 9070 XT obtained.
The result of all this could well be that AMD really starts to withdraw the GPU market share, and we have already seen clues that this is exactly what is already happening, even at this early stage. If this continues, well, let’s say that Nvidia has every reason to worry, by the appearance of the way it takes place.
Finally, what is also remarkable here is that the NVIDIA RTX 5090 is not even mentioned in the leak of this large retailer, so the online store does not obtain fresh stock of the flagship product of Blackwell. He is a niche GPU anyway, granted, but there were rumors that an increase in supply was due for the RTX 5090 at the end of March – and with little of the month, nothing is (literally).
Is an increase in RTX 5090, and other Blackwell, Nvidia stocks just at the corner of the street? Well, perhaps, but it is difficult to feel very positive about this idea – although at least an inventory takes place now, even if it is apparently disappointing compared to what AMD has exceeded the production lines of the Arnc 4.
