Thursday evening did not go well for the Chicago sky, and it was certainly not a pleasant evening for Angel Reese.
The sky clashed against the title champions of the WNBA in the New York Liberty and Fell, 99-74. However, it was a moment that occurred at the start of the game with Reese which was an overview, and a bit of a microcosm of the night.

Less than three minutes after the start of the match, Reese recorded five offensive rebounds in 19 seconds thanks to its own failures.
Reese missed four shots on the right under the basket, two of which were blocked. Reese finally expelled a pass to Kia nurse, but she missed the pointer to three, and it was a rebound that Reese could not obtain.

Reese ended up missing his eight attempts to shoot in the evening, marking only two points and striking 12 rebounds – eight of them were offensive, and five of them had come in this sequence alone.

Earlier in the season, Reese became the fastest player in the history of the WNBA to record both 450 points and rebounds.
Meanwhile, New York set a WNBA record with 19 three points in their victory (Las Vegas Aces once had 22 in an eliminatory match). Eight of the nine liberty players who tried a 3 -point pointer made it at least one of deep. Natasha Cloud and Kennedy Burke each hit four of them.
New York pulled 55% overall and made 16 of the 17 free throws, a striking comparison with the Reese evening.
