The Pakistani army killed another Indian military quadcopter along the control line (LOC) in the SATWAL sector on Tuesday in the SATWAL, said security sources. Earlier in the day, the Pakistani forces had shot down an Indian quadcopter in the Manawar sector of the Bhimber district.

According to sources, the quadcoptère, identified as a Phantom 4 model, leads surveillance within Pakistani territory when it was intercepted and slaughtered.

Defense experts said repeated violations of the Indian army by the activity of unauthorized drones contributed to increased tensions along the loc. “Such irresponsible actions of the Indian forces are deliberate attempts to sabotage regional peace,” said analysts.

They also noted that the drop in quadcopters reflects “the professional excellence of the Pakistani army and the high state of operational preparation”. “The Pakistani army is fully ready to provide a robust and effective response to any form of attack,” added defense experts.
