Dallas Mavericks fans were hostile on Saturday in the team’s first home game since Luka Dončić was exchanged.
The 25 -year -old title champion was sent to the Los Angeles Lakers, who abandoned Anthony Davis in return.
Davis made his debut in Dallas on Saturday in the midst of demonstrations and songs calling for the dismissal of general manager Nico Harrison outside before the match.

It all started as Harrison had imagined. Davis dominated the first half with 24 points and 13 rebounds.
However, less than four minutes after the start of the third quarter, Davis seemed to injure the groin. Davis was released with an abdominal strain earlier in the week.
Davis fell without contact while Alperen sangun des Rockets de Houston exceeded him for a lay-up. Davis caught his groin area as he slowly headed for the offensive end and stayed in the corner near Dallas’ bench while his team ran the offensive.

Davis did not try to come back in the other direction after the Rockets resumed possession. The Mavericks committed a fault to stop the chronometer and release Davis from the game. He remained briefly in the bench area before leaving the court, and he was not spotted on the bench in the fourth quarter.
The 31 -year -old has had injury problems in the past, but he played in a 76 -game career summit last year.
