Islamabad:
The judges located on the constitutional bench (CB) for having heard reviews of revision against the decision of the Supreme Court concerning the case of the reserved seats observed Tuesday that there was no bar of the appointment of the judges, and there were no fixed number of judges on the bench.
A CB of 11 members, led by Judge Amicin Khan, heard the calls for revision against the decision of the Supreme Court of July 12, 2024, which allocated the seats reserved for the National Assembly and the provincial assemblies to the PTI.
Earlier this month, a CB of 13 members admitted for hearing the revision pleas with a majority decision of 11-2.
