- An AirPods Pro 3 index has just been spotted in an Apple code
- This follows rumors on the ANC boosts and perhaps monitoring heart rate
- Airpods Pro 3 could happen this year, but there is not yet a solid release date
Airpod Pro of Apple is among the best headphones you can buy, with fantastic sound and wrapped features in a small product. If you hoped that Apple is publishing an AirPods Pro 3 update this year, you are lucky, because it seems that the company could work on such a device.
Interestingly, this idea did not come from a well -connected analyst or a little lucky conjectures – she came from Apple himself. It seems that the company was able to accidentally discuss the AirPods Pro 3 in its own software code, as the researcher in the eyes of Eagle Aaron Perris pointed out.
According to Perris, Apple has updated a text chain with information that suggests the future AirPods. The text previously said “requires Apple Airpods Pro 2nd Generation” – now it says “requires Apple Airpods Pro 2 or later”. However, it is not clear in which application or software in this chain appears.
You might think that this is a simple update to take Apple AirPods 4 into account, which was launched after AirPods Pro 2. However, Perris says that there was already a separate text chain for AirPods 4 in the software. This suggests that the information cited can refer to a set of Pro AirPods, not yet, although we cannot be sure.
When can we see AirPods Pro 3?
Currently, there is no solid information at the moment when the AirPods Pro 3 could be announced. Apple has not given any indication of the moment when the launch date can occur, so most of the information you will see for the moment is speculation.
However, the fact that Apple apparently made the update identified by Perris could suggest that Iirpod Pro 3 will land as soon as possible – after all, the change could be part of the preparations that the company makes to release the headphones. Although it is just a conjecture at this stage, an release date in 2025 would make sense, since it will be three years after the AirPod Pro 2 update.
Until now, AirPods Pro 3 has been delivered with a new design, an update chip and a “much better” noise cancellation. We would also like to see the possibility of connecting to several multiplatform devices (including Android phones) because current airpods are limited to Apple products.
With the Apple WWDC 2025 conference for less than a month, the event could be an ideal moment for Apple to reveal AirPods Pro 3 in the world. Keep your eyes open.
