- Apple has announced that WWDC 2025 will take place from June 9 to June 13
- The one -week developer conference will start with a special event on June 9
- It should be the next great chance for Apple to provide an update on Apple Intelligence and that new software is revealed
We all expected that the next Apple event was in June, and the technological giant based in Cupertino made it official. The WWDC – AKA World Wide Developers Conference – returns and the one -week affair will start with a special event on June 9, 2025.
It is prudent to say that Apple has a lot on the special event, because there will be almost a year until the day when Apple Intelligence was revealed, and within 365 days since then, there have been a lot of news.
More recently, Apple officially confirmed a delay with the SIRI infused at the AI and said that it would arrive “the coming year”. We all expect Apple – probably in the form of the CEO Tim Cook or the SVP of the Craig Federghi software – to give a state of the state in a way on all the features.
In the typical manner of Apple, the company is tight on what to expect from WWDC 2025. We have a new graphic with “WWDC” in the emblematic colors of the Apple Arc-en-Ciel, and the “25” at the end of the event logo has a certain dimension, potentially alluding to the vision of visionos.
The state of Apple’s state, and I hope an update on the Apple Intelligence
In the shared version, Apple teases that the week “will highlight the latest advances in Apple software”, probably referring to the version of iOS 19, iPados 19, macOS – insert the name California on the theme – 16, Watchos 12, Visionos 3, as well as new versions of tvos and OS ‘for HomePod and HomePod Mini.
Susan Prescott, vice-president of relations with Apple World Developers, writes: “We are delighted to mark another incredible year of WWDC with our global developer community. We are looking forward to sharing the latest tools and technologies that will allow developers and help them continue to innovate ” – to supply the hype train from the station.
Greg Joswiak, Vice-President of Apple Marketing, went to X (formerly Twitter) to suggest that we all save the week, referring to a lot of news and sharing an animated version of the WWDC 25 logo which certainly has a little rebound.
You will want to save the date of the week of June 9! # Wwdc25 pic.twitter.com/gjzyzckpbaMarch 25, 2025
As for previous years, WWDC 2025 will be available online and free for all recorded developers, but there will be a person in person in Apple Park in Cupertino, California. This will be an opportunity for people to look at the state of the union and the platforms as well as to participate in workshops. The space is limited, however, and the recording is required. Anyway, Techradar will have boots on the ground and will be the ideal place for news when it breaks.
The real question, however, is to know how Apple Intelligence is positioned in the future, and what the unable developments have in reserve for the software that feeds the iPhone, the iPad, the Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro and even AirPods.
Apple’s best team will have to explain where the SIRI infused at AI is, how the chronology has changed and, above all, how it will be held. The most recent report is that Mike Rockwell – the vice -president behind The Vision Pro and the marketing – is now in charge of Siri, relating directly to Craig Federghi.
Could we finally get a real overhaul of iPados, which makes it more similar to Mac and allows people with a Ipad Pro taking advantage of the M4 chip? Will there be new impressive continuity features in the same vein as the Iphone Iroring? Could the overhaul be so impressive and a Garaguntan jump that pushes the attraction of Apple equipment?
The issues are high and I hope we will have important news. But now we just have to wait 76 days – and count – until Tim Cook goes on stage, says hello and, hopefully, provides more context around Apple’s intelligence and the strange strange deployment that it has taken.
