- April Xbox Game Pass titles announced

Xbox has revealed the latest batch of Xbox Game Pass titles for the month of April, and it includes some absolute titles.
This month’s selection includes 18 games across Game Pass tiers and kicks off with the addition of the classic role-playing game. Final Fantasy 4 for cloud gaming, Xbox Series X and Series S, and PC today.
Throughout the month, the remaining 17 games will be rolled out. This includes the popular survival game DayZ April 8, Football manager 26 for PC and console, Planet Coaster 2And Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

The adorably cozy indie game, Small bookstorewill also be available, alongside the Vampire Survivors roguelike deck builder spin-off Crawling vampires. This is in addition to the first version of Oven“a pottery power fantasy celebrating both creativity and destruction.”
However, this month’s biggest hitters have to be two of the best games of 2025:The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered And Hades 2the latter I absolutely loved.
Supergiant Games announced that its award-winning game Hades the sequel would finally launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X and Series S on April 14 alongside its debut on Xbox Game Pass.

“Roguelikes are usually a hit or miss for me, but like the first game, Hades 2 managed to hold my attention and keep me coming back even after hours of fighting in the underworld,” I wrote in TechRadar Gaming’s Game of the Year 2025 list.
“Its unique characters and captivating narrative, inspired by great Greek myths, and dynamic gameplay accompanied by a diverse replay structure and challenging boss fights, will keep you engaged and reward you for your efforts.”

- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (Cloud, console and PC) – April 17

- Sopa: The story of the stolen potato (Cloud, console, handheld and PC) – April 21

The addition of these 18 games also means that Game Pass will lose some titles. Grand Theft Auto 5, Ashen, Eiyuden Chronicle: One Hundred Heroes, My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights MysteryAnd Terra Invicta will be leaving the service on April 15, so check them out while you can if you can’t wait to play.
