Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo went under their fans’ radar as they playfully teased another viral moment the two actresses created during their Wicked press tour.
During the Villain: for good Previewing in Paris on Friday, the 32-year-old pop star and the 38-year-old Oscar-nominated actress were invited by Elle magazine to describe their respective “auras”.
Ariana said Cynthia’s was “yellow” like “the sun” and added, “I think there’s purple in it too.”
Cynthia then said of Ariana, “I see, like sky blue, you know? Like aqua. And like sunset orange.”
The co-stars-turned-friends are promoting the sequel to last year’s Wicked and the pair are once again generating buzz for their emphatic and sweet chemistry during interviews.
After the red carpet moment, one person wrote on Reddit, “I can’t go through this again,” referring to the movie stars’ previous “newsworthy” press moments last year.
Using popular therapy lingo, another Reddit user added: “We all hold space for them. Did I say that right?”
And one person observed: “It seems like they’ve toned down their behavior compared to last year, and wisely so.” »
