Arnold Schwarzenegger looks a wild moment of her marriage to Maria Shriver who took an unexpected turn thanks to Grace Jones and Andy Warhol.
The actor and former governor of California, 77, appeared in the episode of Monday June 16 of At the end of the evening with Seth Meyers, Where he recalled how singer Jones and the deceased visual artist Warhol reached his marriage to the ex-wife, Shriver.
Schwarzenegger, who was married to Shriver, a journalist by profession, from 1986 to 2021, thought about his friendship with Warhol saying: “He came to marriage. He was a master in attention, drawing attention. We were in the middle of the wedding and Maria and I and I stood there to say “I do” and all.
“And all of a sudden,” Wham! ” And everyone turned and there was Andy Warhol opening the doors to the back of the church with Grace Jones, “he said.
Mayers jokingly added: “how more one”, to which The terminator Star joked: “I tell you.”
“So they both stood there and the silhouette. They did all the drama, they kept the door open and you can look at it and you saw the silhouette but you could not identify yourself,” continued Schwarzenegger.
“And all of a sudden, the doors closed and they went up in the aisle, walking slowly in the aisle and then sat down. It was absolutely fantastic”, the Predator shared actor.
Before concluding, it is relevant to mention that Schwarzenegger and Shriver welcomed the girls Katherine, 35, and Christina, 33, and Sons Patrick, 31, and Christopher, 27.
