Rawalpindi:
Friday, the Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) ordered the Superintendent of the Adiala prison to provide books to the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-insaf, Imran Khan, and to organize its telephone conversation its children before Eidul Fitr.
ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah approved two requests from the founder of the PTI, when he heard the attack on the GHQ on May 9, 2023.
The court also approved the request of the federal police for the custody of the PTI demonstrators arrested in Rawalpindi during the demonstrations on November 24, 2024.
The court ordered the transfer of 118 accused in five cases registered in Karachi Company, Aabpara, Ramna and Kohsar, the Islamabad police.
