ATC confirms Gandapur’s arrest warrants

Islamabad:

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) maintained the mandates of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, also ordered the process to declare the former minister Amir Mahmood Kayani proclaimed on Thursday.

ATC judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case. The court maintained Gandapur’s arrest mandates for his continuous non-compliance despite his convicted person in the Faizabad protest case on the disqualification of the founder of PTI.

During the hearing, Ilyas Siddiqui, Raja Zahoor and others appeared before the Court on behalf of the accused.
