ATC gives a provisional surety to the basharat of PTI

Islamabad:

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday awarded a provisional surety to the head of the PTI and former provincial minister Raja Basharrat on November 26, demonstrator and riots.

The court prevented the police from arresting the petitioner until the next date in the case recorded by the Karachi Company police station against him.

ATC judge, Tahir Abbas Sapra, heard the case in which Raja Basharrat appeared before the court with his legal team.

The court approved the provisional bond against the bonds worth 5,000 rupees and signified opinions to the respondents for comments. The court postponed an hearing of the case until September 8.
