ISLAMABAD:
The hearing of the case filed against PTI leaders following the November 26 protest, currently being heard at the ATC, was postponed on Tuesday due to the unavailability of the judge.
Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain was expected to hear pre-arrest bail applications.
PTI leaders Junaid Akbar, Shahram Tarkai, Rauf Hassan, Salman Akram Raja and others appeared before the court. Court staff marked the presence of the accused present.
However, due to the judge’s absence, arguments could not be presented.
The hearing was adjourned to January 19 with the interim bail of the PTI leaders extended till the next date.
