Rawalpindi:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) recorded the declarations of three other witnesses of prosecution in an attack against the GHQ on May 9, 2023 on Saturday following the arrest of the former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Imran Khan, who is also one of the main accused of the case, attended the legal proceedings by the video link of his prison unit in the Adiala prison in Rawalpindi.
Witnesses – Inspector Ismat Kamal, Inspector Tehzeeb -Uul -Hasan and Akbar Abbas – appeared before the court to give their testimonies.
The ATC summoned three additional witnesses – Yaqoob Shah, Nazim Hussain and Nida Javed – for the next audience.
