Key commanders of various militant groups from Balutchistan made their weapons and lent allegiance to the State during a press conference held alongside provincial ministers and senior officials of the Department of Fighting Terrorism (CTD).
Among the activists who laid down the arms were Najibullah, also known as Darvesth or Adam, and Abdul Rasheed, also known as Khudaidad or Kamash, as well as others, Express News reported.
Najibullah revealed that foreign intelligence agencies had manipulated groups of insurgents, declaring: “A foreign agency told me that it was not interested in the independence of Balutchistan but that it only wanted to destabilize Pakistan . »»
He criticized the Balouthes separatist leaders living abroad, accusing them of leading a luxurious life while the combatants in the mountains are fighting to survive.
“Those who fight in the mountains cannot even get two meals a day,” he added.
Provincial minister Zahor Ahmad Buledi condemned the exploitation of young innocent people, declaring: “An odious game of terrorism is played out in Balutchistan. The officials of these activists attract innocent children with false promises and take them to the mountains. ”
Buledi reiterated the government’s open door policy in favor of reconciliation, calling on others to surrender.
“The government welcomes those who lay down their arms and has paved the way for the return of mavized individuals,” he said.
