- Alleged Strikepoint exploit in Battlefield 6 discovered
- It is supposed to allow players to earn millions of XP without engaging in the game.
- Battlefield Studios has made “temporary adjustments” to the mode during its investigation
Battlefield Studios has made some adjustments to Battlefield 6It is multiplayer in light of a rather bizarre exploit found in Strikepoint mode.
Spotted by Eurogamer, the exploit appears to involve two pre-made teams of eight heading into a Strikepoint match. Then one team leaves completely, allowing the other to earn millions of XP. Rinse and repeat, and you essentially have a way to farm XP between eight players per boat.
The official Battlefield Comms account on X/Twitter appears to be aware of the exploit. In a post, he wrote: “We identified an issue that was affecting the amount of XP earned in Strikepoint mode.
“To keep progression fair and consistent, we’ve made some temporary adjustments to XP in this mode while we investigate a longer-term solution. Thank you for your understanding and we’ll keep you posted as further changes are made.”

It’s unclear exactly what these “temporary adjustments” are, as neither developer Battlefield Studios nor publisher EA have made any more detailed statements on the matter.
Unsurprisingly, however, the players of the Battlefield 6 The subreddit seems to greatly appreciate this feat.
“How can I join one of these malicious groups? »wrote one user.
“That looks like a great feat, thank you. Mine early, mine often!” said another.
Last week, Battlefield Studios also launched REDSEC Battlefield, its free Battle Royale mode that can be enjoyed separately without having to purchase a copy of Battlefield 6. It is available for download on PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC.
