Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are ‘ready’ to speak out, as public pressure to hear their side of the story continues to grow.
The sisters have faced increased scrutiny not only because of the wrongdoing of their parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, but also their lunch meeting with Jeffrey Epstein.
The princesses haven’t released a single statement since Andrew and Fergie’s shameful royal fallout. The British were also waiting for a message from them following their father’s arrest.
Now, an insider has claimed that Beatrice and Eugenie should break their silence in the form of a tell-all interview or memoir to clarify their position to the public.
“There is a growing feeling that remaining silent is no longer an option, that they have an obligation to tell the right people their story,” Closer reported.
The York girls love their parents, but they “decide” to protect their children and their future by taking control of the narrative before it is too late.
“If they [the public] If we fully understood how horrible this has been for Eugenie and Beatrice, they would probably also gain a lot of sympathy, which could go a long way to helping them recover,” the report said.
But, on the other hand, Beatrice and Eugenie’s decision to speak out on public platforms, if not handled carefully, will be “upsetting” for the Palace machine and the culture of the royal family.
