Benedict Cumberbatch recently shared its two hundred on the unsustainable Hollywood practices.

Recently speaking on the Podcast Table 4 of RuthieBenedict spoke frankly while he was speaking behind the scenes which often goes unnoticed by the public.

“It is a roughly unnecessary industry,” he said frankly, urging studios and productions to consider their carbon footprints more seriously.

“It is slowly, slowly, you have to meet people where they are on these questions in cinema,” he said, referring to the need for a progressive but regular change. “So let me think about the versions of sets that are not recycled, thinking about transport, thinking about food, thinking about housing but also light and energy.”

“I try to push the Green initiative, the green handshake in each agreement I can,” he shared, clearly indicating that it is not only the conversation-this is action.

He continued in Stat that certain solutions are right in front of us.

“Whether just a discussion on the gentleman:” Can’t we have single-use plastic? “Really, I think we are beyond [that]”He said with aux.
