PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday met a delegation from Meta Platforms, led by Director of Public Policy for South and Central Asia, Sarim Aziz.
During the meeting, the Meta delegation briefed the PPP President on recent developments related to Meta AI and new security features introduced for teen accounts on Instagram.
The delegation noted that children’s Instagram accounts will now feature enhanced messaging restrictions and automatic filtering of inappropriate comments to ensure safer online interactions. They also informed him that Instagram is considering introducing time limits for younger users.
