Pakistan’s Party Party President (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari warned that Pakistan would take more aggressive measures if India was going forward to build new channels or dams on the three rivers flowing in Pakistan.
“If it was a question of acting, Pakistan was very clear: we would consider that it is an act of war,” he said.
Speaking at a press conference in London on Wednesday, Bilawal warned that the risk of a nuclear conflict between Pakistan and India could become a reality if New Delhi performed his threat to suspend the Indus Water Treaty (IWT), calling “water terrorism” and an act of war.
“India and Pakistan are linked by the terms of the IWT. India will have to resume and withdraw its threat,” he said, referring to the current tensions between the two nuclear arms neighbors.

Bilawal, who heads a parliamentary delegation to obtain international support in Pakistan in the midst of increasing tensions with India, expressed his pride in the military force of Pakistan. He praised the management of the Marshal of Coas Field Syed Asim Munnir.
“We are proud that the Pakistani army won the war against India. The Pakistani army has proven that it could defeat India, both on the military and diplomatic front,” he added.
The head of the PPP also raised concerns concerning the role of India in transnational repression, stressing the evidence of Western intelligence suggesting an Indian participation in terrorism on foreign soil, including the murders of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada and the attempted assassination on the Sikhs for the chief of justice Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the United States.
Bilawal said that despite the efforts of India to push a story of Pakistan’s involvement in the attack on Pahalgam, the Western world has refrained from having to line up on the side of India because of its proof of its involvement in terrorism beyond its borders.
“India is involved in terrorism on Western soil, they hide the truth from their own people,” he said.

He also condemned the threats of the Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jaishankar, to “strike deep into Pakistan”, calling them the rhetoric of a heat rather than a diplomat. He described India as a “terrorist state” and said that his Sikhs targeting had been exposed worldwide.
The PPP chief also commented on the lack of evidence of India concerning Pahalgam’s attack, stressing that India had no identity of the so-called terrorists involved.

Bilawal welcomed the offer of US President Donald Trump from Medier between India and Pakistan, calling a pragmatic approach. He noted that India’s efforts to sabotage peace initiatives would not succeed.
“Cashmere is not a bilateral problem, it is an international problem,” he said, adding that India had no choice but to solve the issue on a world scene.
He concluded by announcing that Pakistan would soon present a new file to the international community, exposing the role of India in terrorism and linking the “true face” of Indian aggression.
