Islamabad:
A Pakistani parliamentary delegation, led by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, met on Monday tanks of reflection and British policies in Chatham House in London. Chatham House is the first think of the United Kingdom, focusing on foreign and security policy issues.
Bilawal and other members of the delegation presented Pakistan’s point of view on recent tensions in Southern Asia, expressing a deep concern in the face of the unlikely military assault on India.
“India’s unreported military actions are a serious threat to regional stability,” he said. He added that the actions of India constitute a clear violation of the sovereignty of Pakistan, international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
The delegation stressed that the armed forces of Pakistan, with the full support of the people, gave a strong response to the Indian aggression. They also declared that the Pakistani army had managed to thwart India’s attempts to establish a new so-called “normal” in the region.
