Bill Belichick won the first victory for his career as a collegiate coache on Saturday evening.
The Tar Heals of North Carolina rebounded after a defeat last week to defeat the Charlotte 49ers, 20-3.

The match started in a similar way to the defeat of the Tar Heels against TCU started – with a touchdown. The quarter-Arrière Gio Lopez needed three rooms to enter the goal area. He found Chris Culliver for a touch of 51 yards. The defense of the North Carolina would lock itself from there.
Charlotte kicked her first three discs before resuming her only goal on the field in the second quarter. The 49ers returned the ball to Downs in the second quarter and the quarter-Arrière of the 49ers Grayson Loftis launched an interception at Greg Smith in North Caroline to end their journey.
Lopez had 17 out of 25 with 155 pass yards and the passage of the opening of the match. Davion Gares ran for a touch with 27 yards on the ground. Culliver led North Carolina receptors with three catches for 74 yards and the first quarter score.

Loftis entered the game to Conner Harrell. Loftis was 8 for 12 with 110 yards by the pass and two interceptions. Harrell had 17 out of 29 with 140 yards by the pass.
Belichick heard a lot of criticism of loss against horns. During a short week, he obtained the TAR heels to stay focused on the task to be accomplished and avoided a start of 0-2.
He took over as a Tar Heels chief coach for Mack Brown. He especially remained away from the spotlight until he was confirmed that he was going out with Jordon Hudson. The age gap between Belichick and Hudson has become the subject of discussion around the Printemps and summer program.

Victories will help put part of the negative criticism on the side. The North Carolina will return home to play Richmond next week with a match against the upcoming UCF after that one.
