The Bitdeer mining company (BTDR) has increased its self-mine capacity and expanded its international operations in May, according to the monthly update of the company.
The company based in Singapore undermined 196 BTC last month – up 18% compared to April – when it advanced the deployment of its SEALMINE A2 platforms between data centers in the United States, Norway and Bhutan.
The Hashrate owner of the company is now at 13.6 exams per second (EH / S), thanks to the energy of 3.9 eh / s of Sealmin A1 machines and the current deployment of line A2.
Bitdeer also sent 1.6 EH / S of Sealmin A2 units to external customers during the month, reporting an increasing adoption of its mining equipment.
The company’s infrastructure accumulations also gain a pace. In Norway, 70 megawatts (MW) of a scheduled expansion of 175 MW in Tydal are already online, the remaining 105 MW should be on tension at the end of June.
In Bhutan, the jigmeling site started with energy, with plans to bring an additional 368 MW online for a total of 500 MW. An installation of 221 MW in Massillon, Ohio, remains on the right track to be completed during the second half.
The scope of the company extends over new markets. Bitdeer is preparing a 50 MW site in Ethiopia with the support of a local partner and has obtained a fully authorized property in Alberta, Canada, where it will build a natural gas plant to support mining operations.
In May, Tether exercised mandates from a previous financing round, offering Bitdeer $ 50 million in cash in exchange for more than 5 million shares. For the future, Bitdeer says that he remains on the right track to reach 40 eh / s in auto-mine capacity by October.
